I want to share with you a short story before I fully get into what Blender I believe you should buy for smoothies: it is about why I got into blending fruits and vegetables and why I think you should too. Let me take you back five years ago, when I just turned 31 years old.
I was only 5’9” and weighed close to 300 lbs, and no, that wasn’t all muscle. Typically my day consisted of just me watching TV or playing video games and eating whatever fast food I was craving: Mcdonalds, Pizza, or Kentucky Fried Chicken.
I slowly was gaining weight more and more, year after year, and even though I hated the way I looked I had no drive to do anything about it. Then one day, the phone rang, and that call changed my life forever. It was my Mom and she told me that my father just suffered a massive heart attack. Like me, my father liked his junk food, and more importantly, never exercised a day in his life.
On the day of his heart attack he weighed close to 400 lbs. I was in shock and booked it as fast as I could to the hospital to see if he was going to be okay. Unfortunately, my father did end up passing away the week after in the hospital, but it was his death that was the awakening I needed to get my life together.
My father inspired me to never give up and to grow as a person. He also was the trigger for me to wake up and realize that I only had one life to live and I wanted to live it as long as I could. I realized the absolute garbage I was putting into my body and decided to make a change that day.
After years of hard work and changing my diet, and starting to exercise 5 days a week, I am now 36 years old and I weigh a healthy 170 lbs, I almost lost over 150 lbs! It has been an incredible journey and I am living proof that anyone, at any age, can make a drastic life adjustment. I can say over and over again, how true it is that a healthy body makes a healthy mind, and I have never felt so great in my life.
One of the first ways that helped me lose weight was smoothies. I was an avid pop drinker and never spent much time eating fruits or vegetables. For breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day, I would eat doughnuts or a bagel with cream cheese.
My diet was filled with bread. Well, in my first month of my weightloss I substituted a bad breakfast for a simple smoothie in the morning filled with fruits, vegetables, and protein. I am happy to say this is a habit I am happy to have, as I need to drink one every morning. I find fruit smoothies to be so delicious and the best part is: they are filled with nutrients!

I could try to find which out of the three is the best one, but it is simply impossible for me as it all comes down to personal preference.
